At Truepower, we supply a comprehensive range of protection and switching devices manufactured in accordance with IEC and internationally recognised standards and designed for use across residential, commercial, and industrial power systems.

Circuit Breakers

Circuit breakers provide automatic interruption of electrical circuits under fault or overload conditions. Our range includes devices suitable for low-voltage distribution systems, offering reliable protection, repeatable operation, and coordinated fault clearing.

Breakers are available with a range of rated currents, breaking capacities, and tripping characteristics, supporting selective coordination and system reliability.

Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs)

MCCBs are used in applications requiring higher current ratings and adjustable protection settings. We supply MCCBs with thermal-magnetic and electronic trip units, suitable for feeders, motors, and main distribution circuits.

Available features include adjustable overload and short-circuit protection, auxiliary contacts, shunt trips, and motor operators, enabling integration into automated and monitored systems.

Residential Current Circuit Breakers

Residential circuit breakers are designed for final sub-circuit protection in domestic and light commercial installations. Our range includes MCBs and RCBOs with standard tripping curves (B, C, and D), providing protection against overloads, short circuits, and earth leakage where required.

Devices are compliant with relevant AS/NZS and IEC standards and are suitable for DIN-rail mounting in distribution boards.

Surge Protection Devices (SPDs)

Surge protection devices protect electrical systems from transient overvoltages caused by lightning strikes and switching operations. We supply Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 SPDs, suitable for installation at service entrances, distribution boards, and sensitive equipment locations.

SPDs are available with visual status indicators, remote signalling contacts, and replaceable modules for simplified maintenance.

Contactors and Thermal Relays

Contactors are used for frequent switching of electrical loads such as motors, lighting, and heating systems. We supply AC and DC contactors suitable for a wide range of voltage and current ratings.

Thermal overload relays provide motor protection against sustained overcurrent conditions and are designed to operate in coordination with contactors and upstream protection devices.

Motor Protection Circuit Breakers (MPCBs)

Motor protection circuit breakers combine short-circuit protection, overload protection, and manual motor control in a single device. MPCBs are suitable for protecting motors against overload, phase loss, and locked rotor conditions.

Devices are available with adjustable current settings and coordination options for use with contactors and control systems.

Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs)

Air circuit breakers are designed for high-current, low-voltage applications, typically used as incomers, bus couplers, or main distribution breakers. We supply ACBs with fixed and withdrawable designs, offering high breaking capacity and advanced protection functions.

Electronic trip units support adjustable protection parameters, event logging, and communication interfaces for system monitoring.

Intelligent Circuit Breakers

Intelligent circuit breakers integrate protection, measurement, and communication capabilities within a single device. These breakers enable real-time monitoring, remote operation, and system diagnostics, supporting advanced energy management and predictive maintenance strategies.

Communication protocols such as Modbus and Ethernet allow integration with SCADA and building management systems.

Fuses

Fuses provide fast-acting, current-limiting protection for circuits and equipment. We supply a wide range of LV and HV fuses, including cartridge fuses, HRC fuses, and semiconductor protection fuses.

Fuses are selected based on voltage rating, current rating, and application requirements to ensure effective fault protection and coordination.
